Objective T&CMD

1.	To ensure the practice of T&CM complies with existing laws and regulations;
2.	To optimize the integration of T&CM services into the national health care system;
3.	To empower T&CM practitioners and practices towards professionalism;
4.	To create networking and collaboration with various sectors for the development of T&CM; and
5.	To strengthen consumer knowledge on safe and quality of T&CM services.

Quality Policy

Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division is committed in raising the standard and quality of the nation's health. We pledge to comply with existing legislations, meeting customers’ needs and implement continuous improvements on the effectiveness and efficiency of control systems and standards in the field of traditional and complementary medicine.

Qualiti Objective

1.	To ensure the monitoring of T&CM Units within the Central Zone is conducted biannually (100%)
2.	To prepare an Evaluation of T&CM Practice Documents within 14 working days (80%)
3.	To issue a reply letter for foreign T&CM practitioner application within 14 working days from the date of receiving complete documentation (100%)
4.	To issue an acknowledgement within 24 hours upon a complaint on T&CM practices received (100%)
5.	To issue a confirmation of the complaint received on T&CM practices within 14 working days (100%)
6.	To ensure all bill payments are settled within 14 days upon receipt of invoice.
